About DW Dietetics

DW Dietetics was founded from a shared passion for improving health through evidence-based nutrition. Having seen first-hand the impact that diet and lifestyle can have on both clinical outcomes and performance, we set out to provide individuals with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to optimise their health.

Between us, we have extensive academic training in human nutrition, dietetics, exercise physiology, and related sciences, alongside first-class postgraduate and master’s level qualifications. We also bring a wealth of practical experience from working within the NHS, including senior roles across acute care, surgery, and specialist gastroenterology services.

Alongside our NHS roles, we have developed broad private practice experience, supporting a wide range of clients with both clinical and performance-focused goals. This includes managing complex medical conditions, as well as working with athletes across disciplines—from endurance events such as Ironman and long-distance running, to individuals aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or general fitness.

As a team, we combine clinical expertise with performance nutrition to deliver personalised, practical, and results-driven support.

In addition to performance-focused nutrition, we also support clients with body composition goals, including weight loss, weight gain, and muscle building. “I never fully appreciated how much of an impact nutrition could have on my sports performance. I didn't know who to turn to for specialist advice, and after a chat with Dan I instantly felt at ease. My performance while on court playing squash at a high level has massively improved since working with Dan! Would definitely recommend his services.”
