• Our clinic provides professional dietary consultations, meal planning, nutritional assessments, and personalized health plans.
• The services provided by our registered dietitians are intended to support and not replace medical advice. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.
• Results may vary based on individual health conditions, dietary compliance, and lifestyle factors.

2. Client Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health, medical history, and dietary habits to ensure safe and effective consultation.
• Clients are responsible for following the dietary plans, guidelines, and advice provided during consultations.
• It is the client's responsibility to inform the clinic of any changes in their health status, medications, or treatments that could affect their nutrition plan.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees for consultations and services will be clearly communicated before booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as agreed upon in a payment plan.
• We accept card payment.
• Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
• The clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds for services are not provided unless otherwise stated. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the services provided. Please contact DW Dietetics Ltd with any concerns.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Your personal information, health details, and dietary records will be kept confidential in accordance with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or any applicable privacy legislation.
• Relevant information may be shared with GPs, consultants, insurers and other appropriate professionals where necessary and permitted for care or administration, in accordance with applicable data protection law, professional confidentiality obligations and patients' information-sharing preferences.

7. Professional Responsibility

• DW Dietetics Ltd provides dietetic services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable professional standards. Clinical outcomes vary according to individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability or statutory consumer right where doing so would be unlawful.

8. Scope of Services

• Our HCPC-registered dietitians provide professional nutritional assessment, dietetic treatment and evidence-based nutritional advice within their scope of practice. Where medical investigation, prescribing or treatment beyond dietetic practice is required, patients may be advised to consult their GP, consultant or another appropriate healthcare professional.

9. Amendments

• DW Dietetics reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified via email or during their next consultation. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK
